Warranty

Warranty Coverage:

Included:

  1. Manufacturing Defects:

    • Coverage for any defects in materials or workmanship that result in malfunction or failure during normal use for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

  2. Mechanical Failures:

    • Any failure of mechanical parts (e.g., springs, ball joints, bearings, structural components) due to manufacturing faults.

  3. Electrical Components:

    • Malfunctions in electrical systems, wiring, and electronic components directly caused by defects in manufacturing.

  4. Replacement of Faulty Parts:

    • Replacement parts will be shipped within 10 working days after confirmation of a critical failure (simulator inoperative) within the warranty period..

  5. Technical Support:

    • Remote technical support and troubleshooting assistance for any issues related to manufacturing defects within the warranty period.

  6. Response Guarantee:

    • In case of critical failures that render the simulator inoperative, we guarantee a response within 48 hours.

Not Included:

  1. Wear and Tear:

    • Damage caused by normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cosmetic wear (scratches, dents) or gradual degradation of ball joints and springs. Regular maintenance of these components is required (e.g., annual cleaning and greasing).

  2. Accidental Damage:

    • Damage resulting from improper handling, installation errors, or accidents such as dropping the equipment or exposure to excessive moisture or heat.

  3. Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs:

    • Any damage caused by unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations made by the user or non-certified personnel.

  4. Consumable Parts:

    • Consumable parts such as ball joints, springs, and lubricants are not covered under the warranty, as they require periodic replacement (every 2-3 years for ball joints). These are commonly available on the market and considered part of routine maintenance.

  5. Software Issues:

    • Problems related to the software installed (e.g., Condor) or external devices such as Meta Quest 3 VR goggles, unless caused by a hardware failure related to manufacturing defects.
